Click send once to kick off a broadcast and seamlessly route conversations to the Inbox and sort them intuitively when you're ready for a one-on-one conversation. Here’s an overview of what's new:
Route Conversations to the Inbox
Identify the moment in a flow's message sequence when members should be routed to the Inbox for a P2P conversation using Inbox Conversation bot actions.
When configuring Inbox routing behavior for the bot action, campaigns can customize things like which folder (Needs response or Resolved) the member is routed to, the Conversation View name in the Inbox, how long the conversation view will stay active, filters to narrow their Inbox audience, and objectives of the Inbox conversation. Conversation views will route conversations to a designated folder, keeping members organized by the flows they've interacted with.
Conversation Views
Bring context and clarity to conversations that are happening across your program. Once configured in a flow, Conversation Views will sort member conversations by flow so you easily prioritize which subscribers need immediate attention. You can also assign specific topics or initiatives to different staff members and monitor the status of conversations in each view.
Conversation Objectives
Set and track specific goals for each Conversation View with Conversation Objectives. Ensure conversations remain focused and staff understand key objectives, such as updating field data or modifying group membership. With objectives, you can drive more effective and goal-oriented interactions while tracking your progress.
Response Clustering
Leveraging advanced AI, this feature groups similar responses to identify emerging trends and patterns in subscriber interactions. This allows you to efficiently manage bulk replies by quickly understanding common themes, ultimately saving you time and ensuring more relevant and consistent responses.
