Whether you are responding to the most engaged audience members from a broadcast, or launching a P2P outreach strategy, using the bulk actions feature in the Inbox can be a game changer for efficiency and scale.
It’s easy to make bulk changes to member conversations directly in the Inbox. With a few clicks campaigns can:
- Star conversations: Mark conversations that are important so they are easy to come back to later
- Add members to groups: Add members to groups based on response or interaction status
- Assign conversations out to the team: Assign member conversations to folks on your texting team based on issue area or shift schedule
- Resolve conversations: Keep the inbox organized by resolving conversations in bulk so they are moved to the resolved folder
- Bulk reply or send a canned response in bulk: Send a reply in bulk to members with similar responses and add canned response templates to easily respond to frequently asked questions.
There are three ways to apply bulk changes, depending on the members you wish to select:
- Select the individual conversations by clicking the select box next to their conversation
- Select all conversations by clicking the select all box above the preview pane
- Select a section of conversations by holding the shift key and selecting the first then last conversation. This will select everything in between.
