How does clustering work?

When members interact with a flow and reach an Inbox Conversation bot action, Strive will route members to the Inbox Conversation View and sort similar replies.

AI analyzes messages from members and identifies key themes, intents, and sentiments. Replies are then grouped into clusters . For instance, similar questions about an upcoming event are grouped in one cluster, while RSVP’s are grouped in another.

Prioritize which clusters to respond to based on urgency ensuring that the most critical messages are addressed first. Clusters provide insights on themes in member responses, helping your team understand how members are responding and which messages are the most effective at driving responses.

Members who fail out of the flow before reaching the Inbox Conversation bot action will be automatically grouped in the conversation view. See how members are failing out flows to help improve your messaging

📤 Bulk replying

Use clusters to quickly send bulk responses to members, or select members within the conversation to bulk reply to from the Inbox. With Reply and Resolve, member conversations will be automatically routed to the Resolved folder of the Conversation View.

‍How to get started

‍Create a flow with an Inbox Conversation bot action and add a Conversation View. When members reach this bot action, their responses will be clustered. 

Go to the Inbox and click into the conversation view. Sort the preview pane by Response. Strive will generate clusters of responses. If responses cannot be clustered, they will appear in the “Unable to group responses” cluster. Responses to validation messages will also be clustered together.
