No Call Target? No Problem! The Audio Welcome Message Only Feature Explained

Strive Messaging’s powerful call tool makes it easy to connect members with their elected officials and custom targets. For campaigns that want to simply share an audio message with callers, check the Audio Message Only box. Members will only hear your audio message when they call in. When this setting is not enabled, campaigns can select targets to patch calls through in the Targets tab.

Whether you want to share an update on your advocacy work or an inspirational message with your supporters, the audio only feature makes it easy to quickly upload and deploy your audio file to callers.

To get started:
  1. From the Call Numbers page, upload your Default Audio Welcome Message
  2. Next, check the Audio Welcome Message Only box to enable the feature
  3. Share your call number or prompt callers to interact in a flow. Callers will hear your audio message when they call in or pick up a call
Have a subscriber reply call to trigger an incoming call to their mobile device. From there serve them your audio message, and thank them when the call ends.
