Where can I see my CSV import history?
Go to the Members list and click Import history above the Members table to see past imports.
A record of all CSVs imported to your Members list along with a summary of the import, any errors that occurred during import, and who on your team imported the file will be organized in the Import history table.
Can I download CSVs I have imported in the past?
Yes! From the Import history table, click the filename to download the CSV file.
There was an error during import. What should I do?
To see what part of your CSV caused the error(s), hover over the error number in the Import table to see a description of the error. Update your CSV so that it is properly formatted, using our CSV formatting guide.
Once your CSV has been updated, import the file again.
Can I cancel an import that is processing?
Yes! To cancel an import in progress, go to the Members list page or the Import history page and click cancel next to the file you'd like to cancel.
