If I star a conversation, can others see it?

‍No. Starred conversations are personal to your account.

Can I filter for conversations that are starred?‍

Yes! Click +Add Filter to filter your inbox by conversations that are or are not “Starred by me”.

Star conversations

1. Go to the Inbox.
2. Click the star in the conversation preview or or the star conversation checkbox in the detail pane.
3. If you would like to bulk star conversations, select the conversations you’d like to star in the preview pane.
4. Click Bulk Actions.
5. Click Star Conversation

Remove stars from conversations

1. Go to the Inbox.
2. Click the star in the conversation preview or or the star conversation checkbox in the detail pane. The star will turn grey.
3. If you would like to bulk unstar conversations, select the conversations you’d like to unstar in the preview pane.
4. Click Bulk Actions.
5. Click Unstar Conversation.
